Donuts with Dad Follow-up

Thank you to all our dads, grandads, etc. who came to our Donuts with Dad celebrations on January 19 and 20 in honor of Father's Day.  We hope you enjoyed spending some time with your child at school and enjoyed the conversation, coffee and donuts. 

100th Day of School

Believe it or not, we are fast approaching our 100th Day of School Celebrations on February 6 and 7.  Teachers will be sending home more information about their classroom's celebration.

Valentine's Day Parties

Parties will be held on February 13 and 14.  Students will be exchanging valentines.  Please have your child sign each valentine with their name, but DO NOT have them individually address them to each classmate.  Teachers will be sending home more specific info.

Dental Visit

Dr. Ianessa, Family Dentistry, will be visiting our students on February 16 and 17 to discuss dental health.  Students will learn about proper dental hygiene and spend time at the brushing and flossing stations.

No School

There will be no school on Monday, February 20, in honor of President's Day.

School Supplies

We can always use more of the following items: glue sticks, paper plates, 5 oz. cups, forks and spoons.  Thank you in advance!

School Delays/Closings

We are only listed on the KDKA TV channel or KDKA.com if the school has a delay or cancellation due to weather conditions.  We will be listed under Pumpkin Patch Preschool.

If the parking lot is closed, please follow the Drop-off/Pick-up information flyer recently sent home. 

Sickness and Attendence

Please remember not to send your child to school if they are not feeling well.  This includes the following:

Fever or had one during the night

Throwing up or threw up during the night

Diarrhea

Serious runny nose

Red, sore or runny eyes

PLEASE KEEP THEM AT HOME. 

We do not want them to be miserable all day or infect the other students. 

If you are not sure whether it is a good idea for them to attend on any day, please feel free to give us a call and we can help you better assess the situation.
